What is MUN?
Model United Nations (MUN) is a club in which a network of high school students prepare for and attend conferences at other schools to discus about and try to solve real problems that countries around the world are currently facing. This issues can range from AIDS in Africa to the situation in Darfur.
General Info
In general, the club holds meetings every Thursday @ 2:20 PM in the Lecture Hall. An email will be sent in advance to inform everyone in the club about the meeting. During the weeks before a conference, meetings will be more frequent and informative in order to prepare the delegates that are going. We will also be holding an end-of-the-year party sometime in May.
CHMUN Conference
The CHMUN Conference is hosted by our club right here in Chantilly HS and usually occurs during the beginning of January. This event relies heavily upon volunteers as well as our club members and sponsors. For more information, visit the CHMUN page of this website.
